Yes. Sample development is available. Standard footwear samples normally take 3–7 days. Complex designs or styles requiring special materials may need additional time, which will be confirmed before sampling begins.

The standard production lead time for bulk orders is generally 15–30 days. The schedule may vary during peak seasons or when special materials are required. The exact delivery date will be confirmed before the order is placed.

A limited selection of standard styles may be available from stock, while customized products are manufactured to order. With complete production lines and standardized production planning, we arrange shipment according to the agreed schedule.

Yes. Mixed-style orders can be arranged, subject to the minimum order quantity for each style. This helps customers expand their product selection while reducing inventory pressure.

Yes. Remote product training is available to explain materials, construction features, fitting advantages and key selling points, helping customers understand and market the products more effectively.

Yes. Every order undergoes multiple quality inspections before shipment. If verified non-man-made workmanship or material defects occur, we can arrange replenishment, repair, replacement or return according to the specific circumstances.
